LED landscape lighting has become the preferred choice among homeowners and professionals for several reasons. Effective New Year’s Day 2018, California retailers have been mandated to exhaust their supply of incandescents and subsequently sell bulbs that meet the new standard, which means LEDs and compact fluorescent light bulbs. The rest of the nation will follow in two years.
